Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files.
...
Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

Rewrote compatibility code to use rename.
(gdb_find_gfortran): New proc.
(gdb_default_target_compile): Refresh from dejagnu; plus a pending
gfortran patch.
* lib/ada.exp (gdb_find_gnatmake, gdb_default_target_compile):
Move to future.exp.
* lib/gdb.exp: Always load future.exp.
