lower_bound_type. Comment the new overload of the field artificial.
(TYPE_ARRAY_UPPER_BOUND_TYPE): Replace by ...
(TYPE_ARRAY_UPPER_BOUND_IS_UNDEFINED): ... this macro.
(TYPE_ARRAY_LOWER_BOUND_TYPE): Replace by ...
