detecting start of new symbol info after reading symtab for a
module with a zero length TEXT segment.
(Note that this fixes the BNR problem with printing vxWorksVersion. That ought
to make Ken happy).

C++ syms as demangled, not just functions.

with decls of malloc in c-exp.tab.c (as produced by yacc).
