ff6f572f8b * arm-tdep.c (arm_scan_prologue): Do not record FPA register saves
if there are no FPA registers.
	(arm_dwarf_reg_to_regnum): New function.

f9e182823d Make this testcase a bit more realistic. The current code
is too simplistic, and allows the compiler to optimize out
        some of the entities we need for this testcase.
