0e9157473d * gdb.base/attach.exp: Fix copyright date. Set testpid to Windows 
PID for Cygwin.  Add Cygwin specific strings to check for in some
	tests.

to test whether a symbol binds locally.
(elf32_mn10300_link_hash_newfunc): Don't initialize
