	Remove calls to set_gdbarch_deprecated_fp_regnum,
	set_gdbarch_deprecated_extract_struct_value_address,
	set_gdbarch_deprecated_use_struct_convention and
	set_gdbarch_push_dummy_code.
	Add calls to set_gdbarch_unwind_sp and frame_base_set_default.
	Slightly rearrange code.
