Geoffrey Noer	e39c2bd2e2	Enable dosrel for special dos installation (appending of .exe to ... installed binaries, etc...) for cygwin32-hosted toolchains. New config/mh-cygwin32 which enables this. Removed diff from list of things not buildable via Canadian Cross	1996-06-24 06:05:21 +00:00
