53904c9e67 Change signature of function add_set_enum_cmd() so that it uses 
constant character pointers.  Update everything.
As a consequence fix infrun's follow-fork plugging a small memory leak.

d41707c868 * infrun.c (handle_inferior_event): When doing a "next", and 
stepping out of a signal handler into its calling trampoline
ignore the value of step_frame_address.
(step_over_function): Only modify step_resume_breakpoint->frame if
the value of step_frame_address is non-zero.

010a3cd955 * infrun.c (proceed, normal_stop): Change the error message about 
failure to insert breakpoints/watchpoints so that it makes sense

          mode bit that will control how GDB attempts to control thread
          scheduling for step, continue, etc.  (resume): make use of
          the schedule-locking mode.

        * sol-thread.c: initialize target_ops to_has_thread_control.
        * procfs.c: ditto.
        * target.c: ditto.
        * m3-nat.c: ditto.
        * remote.c: ditto.
        * hpux-thread.c: ditto.

0233186932 CARP: 
STEP_SKIPS_DELAY - add STEP_SKIPS_DELAY_P and rewrite use removing
  #ifdef's.
NO_SINGLE_STEP - replace with SOFTWARE_SINGLE_STEP_P +
  SOFTWARE_SINGLE_STEP.  Replace global variable one_stepped with static
  singlestep_breakpoints_inserted_p.  Cleanup infrun.c (scary!).
