0ec9a092fd * linux-thread-db.c: Include "linux-nat.h".

	thread_db_new_objfile.  Remove dead check for active
	thread_db on inapplicable targets.

698ba9341e * Makefile.in (utils.o): Update.
* top.c (in_user_command): New.
	(command_line_input): Use input_from_terminal_p.

	stdin == NULL for Insight.

ead49a57e8 * elfxx-mips.c (mips_got_entry): Add more commentary.
(mips_elf_local_got_index): Use the hash table entry to record
