560f3c1c22 * readelf.c (process_file_header): Print extended e_shnum and 
e_shdtrndx values.  Set elf_header values for same.
	(get_32bit_section_headers): Add "num" arg to read "num" headers.
	(get_64bit_section_headers): Likewise.
	(process_section_headers): Update calls.
	(get_file_header): Call get_32bit_section_headers or 64bit variant.
