bb279dc026 binutils: 
* Makefile.am (CFILES): Add cxxfilt.c.
	(cxxfilt_SOURCES): Now just cxxfilt.c $(BULIBS).
	(cxxfilt_LDADD): Delete.
	Remove all references to underscore.c.
	Regen dependencies.
	* configure.in: Define TARGET_PREPENDS_UNDERSCORE in
	config.h from $UNDERSCORE, rather than AC_SUBSTing it.
	* binutils/cxxfilt.c: Moved here from gcc/cp, minor
	adjustments to fit into binutils framework.
	* configure, config.in, Makefile.in, doc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

gcc/cp:
	* Make-lang.in: Remove all references to the demangler.
	* cxxfilt.c: Moved to binutils.

	* Makefile.am (BFD32_BACKENDS): Add elf32-i386-fbsd.lo.
	(BFD32_BACKENDS_CFILES): Add elf32-i386-fbsd.c.
	(BFD64_BACKENDS): Add elf64-alpha-fbsd.lo.
	(BFD64_BACKENDS_CFILES): Add elf64-alpha-fbsd.c.
	(elf32-i386-fbsd.lo, elf64-alpha-fbsd.lo): Add dependencies.
	* config.bfd: For FreeBSD targets, set targ_defvec to a FreeBSD
	specific targets. Define OLD_FREEBSD_ABI_LABEL if appropriate.

	* config/tc-i386.h (ELF_TARGET_FORMAT): New macro.
	(TARGET_FORMAT): Use ELF_TARGET_FORMAT instead of "elf32-i386".
	* config/tc-i386.c (i386_target_format): Likewise.
	* config/tc-alpha.h (ELF_TARGET_FORMAT): New macro.
	(TARGET_FORMAT): Use ELF_TARGET_FORMAT instead of "elf64-alpha".

	* emulparams/elf_i386_fbsd.sh: Set OUTPUT_FORMAT to
	elf32-i386-freebsd.
	* emulparams/elf64alpha_fbsd.sh: Set OUTPUT_FORMAT to
	elf64-alpha-freebsd.

928e48af4f * h8300-tdep.c: Multiarch. Drop `set machine' command in favor of 
`set architecture'.  Unify naming convention of functions.
	(h8300_skip_prologue): Improve prologue analysis.
	(h8300_push_arguments): Rewritten to more closely match GCC's
	bizarre argument-passing behavior, along with the comment describing
	said behavior.
	* remote-hms.c (hms_regnames): Don't use NUM_REGS in definition.
	* config/h8300/tm-h8300.h: Multiarch.  Just keep stuff needed by
	sim, remote-e7000.c, remote-hms.c and remote.c

e3da6fc58a * tui.c (tui_rl_switch_mode): Remove unecessary TUI switch printfs. 
(tui_initialize_readline): Allow to use space to leave SingleKey
	to enter one gdb command.
	(tui_enable): Restore the TUI keymap when we are back to TUI.
	(tui_disable): Restore normal keymap when leaving TUI.
	* tuiIO.c (tui_redisplay_readline): Restore the SingleKey mode
	when the buffer becomes empty and we are in tui_one_command_mode.

5720643ce8 * gdbarch.sh (NAME_OF_MALLOC): New variable in the architecture 
vector. Will be useful for Interix.
       * gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Regenerate.

       * valops.c (value_allocate_space_in_inferior): Replace hard-coded
       name of the malloc function by NAME_OF_MALLOC.
