(_initialize_i386bsd_tdep): Don't register FreeBSD a.out and
FreeBSD ELF OS/ABI's here.
* Makefile.in (ALLDEPFILES): Add i386fbsd-tdep.c.
(i386fbsd-tdep.o): New target.
