af1fa5e7ca * config/mt-slite (LDFLAGS): If using the newlib in the tree, set 
the -B and -L prefixes so we can find the debugging stub.

	Remove all CC, etc definitions.
	* config/mt-hpux: New file.
	* config/mt-mips-ecoff (CFLAGS_FOR_TARGET): Remove:
	(CFLAGS, LDFLAGS): Define.
	* config/mt-slite (CFLAGS_FOR_TARGET): Change to LDFLAGS.
