(ax_print): Handle "printf".
(ax_reqs): Ditto.
* ax.h (ax_memcpy): Forward declare.

(printf): New entry.
* printcmd.c (printcmd.h): New include.

(ui_printf): Removed.
(printf_command): Remove static. Call string_printf.
