2fedd0a135 * mips.h: Add macros for cop0, cop1 cop2 and cop3. 
Change mips_opcodes from const array to a pointer,
	and change bfd_mips_num_opcodes from const int to int,
	so that we can increase the size of the mips opcodes table
	dynamically.

c2717a801f * tic80.h: Change all the OPERAND defines to use the form (1 << X) 
rather than a constant that is 2**X.  Reorder them to put bits for
	operands that have symbolic names in the upper bits, so they can
	be packed into an int where the lower bits contain the value that
	corresponds to that symbolic name.
	(predefined_symbo): Add struct.
	(tic80_predefined_symbols): Declare array of translations.
	(tic80_num_predefined_symbols): Declare size of that array.
	(tic80_value_to_symbol): Declare function.
	(tic80_symbol_to_value): Declare function.

ac5f447d60 * tic80.h (struct tic80_opcode): Change "format" field to "flags". 
(FMT_UNUSED, FMT_SI, FMT_LI, FMT_REG): Delete.
	(TIC80_VECTOR): Define a flag bit for the flags.  This one means
	that the opcode can have two vector instructions in a single
	32 bit word and we have to encode/decode both.

21b849e3cd * libiberty.h (PRIVATE_XMALLOC): Enclose xmalloc/xrealloc 
definitions inside #ifndef so that programs that want to
	can define PRIVATE_XMALLOC and then define xmalloc and
	xrealloc anyway they want.
	(basename): Document in source that we can't declare
	the parameter type because it is declared inconsistently across
	different systems.

a29322f785 * dis-asm.h: Get rid of decls for print_insn_i8086, 
print_insn_sparc64 and print_insn_sparclite.
	* (INIT_DISASSEMBLE_INFO):  Split into two pieces.  One,
	INIT_DISASSEMBLE_INFO_NO_ARCH inits everything except for endian,
	mach, and arch.
