Two modifications:
1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

* gdb.arch/pa-nullify.exp (test_core_bt): Use gdb_gcore_cmd.
* lib/gdb.exp (gdb_gcore_cmd): New proc.
* linux-thread-db.c (inferior_has_bug): New function.
(thread_db_find_new_threads_silently): Return boolean as checked by
inferior_has_bug, describe it in the comments.
(try_thread_db_load_1): Move call to thread_db_find_new_threads_silently
earlier. Abort the initialization if it returned non-zero.
(thread_db_find_new_threads_2): Preinitialize ERR. Check errors also
if UNTIL_NO_NEW,
gdb/testsuite/
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp: Remove variable libthread_db_seen.
Wrap the test into loop for corefile and core0file.
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp (objfile, opts): New variables.
Try to compile the test using -Wl,-z,norelro first.
(load_core): New variable libthread_db_seen, initialize it.
(zeroed-threads cannot be listed): Protect it by XFAIL on
!$libthread_db_seen.
* linux-thread-db.c (find_new_threads_callback): Exit on zero TI_TID
even if !TARGET_HAS_EXECUTION.
gdb/testsuite/
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp ($core0file): New variable.
(clear __stack_user.next, clear stack_used.next)
(save a zeroed-threads corefile): New test.
Call core_load for $core0file.
(zeroed-threads cannot be listed): New test.
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp ($testfile): Match it the .exp
filename.
($srcfile): Preserve the original value.
($testfile): Match it the .exp filename.
($corefile): New variable. Substitute it around.
Use clean_restart.
($prev_timeout): Remove.
(load_core): Move core loading into this proc.
Fix restore of $timeout if load_core fails.
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp: Prefix name of binary with
test specific name.
* gdb.mi/gdb669.exp: Ditto.
* gdb.mi/mi-pthreads.exp: Ditto.
* gdb.mi/mi1-pthreads.exp: Ditto.
* gdb.mi/mi2-pthreads.exp: Ditto.
* gdb.base/attach.exp, gdb.base/detach.exp, gdb.base/gcore.exp,

gdb.trace/save-trace.exp: Make sure that full pathnames are
escaped correctly.
* gdb.base/gcore.exp: New test for generate-core-file command.
* gdb.base/gcore.c: Testcase for above.
* gdb.threads/gcore-thread.exp: New test for gcore (threaded).
