doing Power PC.

	* nlm/Makefile.in:  Get rid of NWSOURCE.
	* nlm/alpha-io.S (inVti, outVti):  Remove extraneous ldha's.
	* nlm/gdbserve.o:  Add dummy __main routine.
	* nlm/gdbserve.def:  Turn on debug.
