	* remote-utils.c (read_ptid): Use macro 'current_ptid'.
	* server.c (myresume, process_serial_event): Likewise.
	* thread-db.c (thread_db_find_new_threads): Likewise.
	* tracepoint.c (run_inferior_command): Likewise.
