* defs.h (xstrvprintf): Declare.
	* utils.c (xstrvprintf): New function.
	(internal_vproblem, xstrprintf, xasprintf)
	(vfprintf_maybe_filtered, vfprintf_unfiltered): Use xstrvprintf.
	* serial.c (serial_printf): Ditto.
	* complaints.c (vcomplaint): Ditto.
