Add gdb.Objfile.progspace attribute.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* NEWS: Mention new gdb.Objfile.progspace attribute.
	* python/py-objfile.c (objfpy_get_progspace): New function.
	(objfile_getset): New entry for "progspace".
