* gdb.base/recurse.exp: Run tests for all targets.
	* gdb.base/so-impl-ld.exp: Added wildcard to handle the
	gnu-oldld case on ARM.
	* gdb.base/watchpoint.exp (test_stepping): Clear xfail
	for ARM targets.
