sparc64 support to here.
	(sparc64_extract_struct_value_address): Deleted.
	(dump_ccreg): Add a prototype so long long arg -> int.
	* sparc/tm-sp64.h (USE_STRUCT_CONVENTION): Define.
	(EXTRACT_STRUCT_VALUE_ADDRESS): Delete.
