Use pulongest for printing ssize_t

This commit changes the debug printing code in linux-namespaces.c
to use pulongest instead of "%ld".

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* nat/linux-namespaces.c (mnsh_send_message): Use pulongest.
	(mnsh_recv_message): Likewise.
