and expand a 'debug' symbol associated with the next instruction
that does not cause a short instruction to be filled with a NOP.
(md_pseudo_table): Add support for .debugsym.
(assemble_parallel_insn): Add calls to expand_debug_sym as
appropriate.
(md_assemble): Ditto.
