Add support for FreeBSD/Alpha.
* alphabsd-nat.c, config/alpha/fbsd.mh, config/alpha/fbsd.mt, config/alpha/nm-fbsd.h, config/alpha/tm-fbsd.h, config/alpha/xm-fbsd.h: New files.
