* lib/compiler.cc, lib/compiler.c: Append either
	__GNUC_PATCHLEVEL__, or "unknown" to the compiler_info.
	* gdb.base/structs.exp (test_struct_calls): Check for gcc-3-3-*
	instead of gcc-3-3.
