* emultempl/aix.em: Include ldgram.h.

(gld${EMULATION_NAME}_parse_args): Handle -pD and -pT, as used on
	AIX 4.1.
	* Makefile.in ($(EMULATION_OFILES)): Depend upon ldgram.h.
