* thread-db.c (attach_thread): Check for TD_THR_ZOMBIE in addition
	to TD_THR_UNKNOWN when looking for defunct zombie threads.
	(thread_db_thread_alive): Ditto.
	(find_new_threads_callback): Ditto.
