msm8937-common: lineagehw: Apply LineageOS rebrand
...
* Adapt to the new Lineage SDK and temporarily disable the import
of currently non-existing Lineage common classes.
* Drop never required BOARD_USES_CYANOGEN_HARDWARE flag
(only required to opt-in for common light HALs).
* Remove Dead Vibrator HW
