6c08e199c0 msm8937-common: Remove PRODUCT_COMPATIBILITY_MATRIX_LEVEL_OVERRIDE 
Replace it with FCM Version = 1, specified explicitly
in device manifest.

ff3af16c99 msm8937-common: Ship and enable atfwd daemon 
* The atfwd daemon is responsible for handling AT command
   forward requests from modem and should be enabled
   for all targets except sda, apq, qcs.
