37c0c48a58 land: Restart Snap camera preview after taking a picture 
With the OSS camera HAL, the camera preview freezes every time
a picture is taken. Restart the preview to unfreeze it.

bec5412c5f land: Enable LTE option 
Somehow stock doesn't enable this overlay, which means that
LTE is enabled some other way.

AFAIK, Redmi 3S should be LTE-compatible across all models,
so let's just enable it until something else crops up.
